Jam Entrance Sensor
1.There is a sheet of paper blocking the Entrance Sensor (first sensor from the left side of the machine).
2.The Entrance Sensor and/or its Reflector may be dirty.
3.The Side Guide may be adjusted too tight for the paper, cover stock, or tab stock.
1.Lift up the Input Track Ball assembly and remove the paper.
