2. Press the Cancel soft key to return to

 

the Telephone Options menu.

Diagnostics

The Diagnostics option displays the following phone-specific information:

Diag Tools (Ping, do Route Traces)

EtherStats (Speed, Auto Neg, CRC Errors, Collision)

IP Stats (Packet Info)

RUDP Stats (Message receive or transmit)

QOS Stats

To view diagnostic information, press the Services key, select Telephone Options, and select Diagnostics.

To view diagnostic information:

Press the Up/Down navigation keys to

 

 

scroll through the list of diagnostic

 

 

information.

You can configure your Avaya 1150E IP Deskphone to select a headset type:

GN Netcom
