Diagnostics
The Diagnostics option displays the following phone-specific information:
Diag Tools (Ping, do Route Traces)
EtherStats (Speed, Auto Neg, CRC Errors, Collision)
IP Stats (Packet Info)
RUDP Stats (Message receive or transmit)
•QOS Stats
To view diagnostic information, press the Services key, select
Telephone Options, and select Diagnostics.

Selecting a headset type
You can configure your Avaya 1150E IP Deskphone to select a headset
type:
•Plantronics
•GN Netcom
Avaya handset
2. Press the Cancel soft key to return to
the Telephone Options menu.
1. Press the Up/Down navigation keys to
scroll through the list of diagnostic
information.
2. Press the Cancel soft key to return to
the Telephone Options menu.
