communicate with three remote sites using a minimum of 32 Kbps sustained bandwidth, the physical interface must be able to support at least 3 x 32 Kbps = 96 Kbps. You should also consider traffic pattern characteristics bursty or sustained when specifying interface speed

Parameter Group field specifies the type of link management required
Full Status Enquiry Counter specifies the number of standard status enquiries to exchange before issuing a full status inquiry from the network. The value ranges from 1 to 255 with a factory default of 6 enquiries. A full status enquiry response from the network updates the Frame Relay network and link information tables
