Cannot communicate with the print server. (The print server does not appear in the printer list of EpsonNet Win/MacAssist.)

The Ethernet setting of the print server is not appropriate for your network environment.
Check the setting of the HUB or the switch. Remove the print server from the printer, and change the jumper on the board. Be sure to see “Setting the Interface Mode” on page 238 for changing the interface mode by moving the jumper.
Unable to start EpsonNet WinAssist.

The message “EpsonNet WinAssist cannot be used because no network is installed.” appears when you start EpsonNet WinAssist.
