Step Procedure

1Review the following information.

•Symptom: The Print Ribbon has become jammed or has broken in the Printer

•Printer Error State: The Ribbon Supply Encoder Sensor has unexpectedly stop receiving information from the Ribbon Encoder

•LCD Error Display: Ribbon BreakJam

•Driver Monitor Error Display: Ribbon BreakJam
