1Review the following information.

•Symptom: Printer errors out as soon as it receives data from the PC

•Printer Error State: The Ribbon installed does not match the Printer model.

•LCD Error Display: Invalid Ribbon

•Driver Monitor Error Display: Invalid Ribbon
