7.20: Test Mode Configuration Block (46020).

•Test Mode Exit Delay Time - 1 registers, 2 bytes - 2-byte unsigned integer.

•Range: 5 minutes to 60 minutes.

This is the time in which Communicator Ext will exit Test Mode, if there is no activity.
