The Printhead light and a color indicator light blink alternately with an Ink Cartridge light and a color indicator light. The Resume light is on.

The printer detects a faulty ink cartridge and a faulty printhead.

zReplace the applicable printheads and ink cartridges.

Multiple printer errors have occurred.

zTurn the printer off, and then on again.

zIf the printer still shows an error, turn the print off, and unplug it. Wait a minute and then turn on the printer again. If the printer error has cleared, send the job again.
