Light pattern

Light description	Explanation and
	recommended action
The Power light is on and the	The printer is in manual duplex mode. It is
Resume light blinks.	waiting for the ink to dry so the pages can
	be flipped over and reloaded.
	z Reload the stack into the printer and
	press the	(Resume button).

The printer has printed a banner, and the banner needs to be removed from the printer.

zPress the (Resume button) to remove the banner from the printer.

The printer carriage has stalled.

zOpen the top cover and remove any obstructions (such as jammed media).

zPress the (Resume button) to continue printing.

zIf the error persists, turn the printer off, and then on again.

The Power light is on and the	Print media is jammed in the printer.
Resume light and the Paper	z Press the	(Resume button) to
Jam light blink.	eject the jammed media.

zRemove all media from the output tray. Locate and clear the jam.

jam, press the (Resume button) to continue the print job.
