5.6. Save Configuration Parameters

After you have ﬁnished conﬁguring the CMS-6R4 to ﬁt your application, it is recommended to save all parameters to an ASCII ﬁle.

Saving Parameters to an ASCII ﬁle allows you to create a "backup" of your currently deﬁned conﬁguration. As described in Section 8, this provides quick recovery in the event that the unit is accidentally reset to default parameters, and also allows you to copy parameters to other CMS-6R4 units when several units need to be conﬁgured with the same parameters.
