23x Paper Jam, Check Duplex

This message appears only when the printer is uncertain about the location of the duplex jam.

To clear this type of jam:

1Pull Tray 1 completely out.

2Look under the printer on the left side to locate a green lever.

3Push down on the green lever.

4Look for the jam. If it is not visible from the front, continue with step6.

5Gently pull the jam toward you.

Note: If the jam does not come out easily, continue with step6.

6Open the rear door and clear any jams. If you are unable to clear the jam fr om here , conti nue

with step 7.

7Look under the back of the printer on the right side to locate a green lever.
