POST Codes and Error Messages
The followingtable defines POST error codes and their associated messages. The BIOS prompts
the user to pressa key in case of a serious error. Someerror messages are preceded by the string
"Error” to highlightthat the system might be malfunctioning. AllPOST errors and warnings are
loggedin t hesystem event log unless it is full.
