International Warranty Service
If you travelwith your server product or relocate it to a country where your server machine type is
sold, your server productmight be eligiblefor International Warranty Service, which automatically
entitles youto obtain warranty service throughout the warranty period. Service will be performed
by IBMor by IBM resellers who are authorized to perform warranty service.
Service methodsand procedures vary by country, and some services might not be available in all
countries. InternationalWarranty Service is delivered through the method of service (such as depot,
carry-in,or on-site service) that is provided in the servicing country. Service centers incertain
countries mightnot be ableto serviceall models of a particularmachine type. In some countries,
fees and restrictionsmight apply at the time of service.
To determinewhether your server product is eligible for International WarrantyService and to view
a list of the countries where service is available, go to http://www.ibm.com/pc/support/, and click
Warranty Lookup. EligibleIBM server products are identified by their four-digit machine types.

Purchasing Additional Services
During and after the warrantyperiod, you can purchase additional services, such as support for

availabilityand service name might vary by country or region.
