This document provides an overview of the IBM® 
xSeries 343 server. This manual consists of two parts:
•User’s Guide, beginning on page 1 describes procedures that DO NOT REQUIRE removing and replacing boards. You do not need to be a qualified service technician to perform procedures listed in the User’s Guide.
•Service Technician’s Guide, beginning on page 59 describes procedures that REQUIRE removing and replacing boards. You must be a qualified service technician to perform procedures listed in the Service Technician’s Guide.
