diagnose
functions

a
SCSI
tape
device.
The
SCSI
Tape
tests
include
the
following:

Tape
Buffer
Test
This
test
writes
logical
blocks
of
data
to
the
internal
buffer
on
the
tape
drive.
The
same
logical
blocks
of
data
are
then
read
from
the
tape
drive
buffer
and
compared
to
the
original
data.
If
the
tape
drive
does
not
have
an
internal
buffer,
you
cannot
select
this
test.

Use
this
test
to
make
sure
that
the
SCSI
tape
drive
is
reading
