User Option menu
The User Option menu lets you configure audio features and view system information on the wireless handset. The

Function name | Description |

Extension number | Enables the user to view the extension number for |
| the handset. This number is used to identify the |
| handset. It is displayed when the handset is in the |
| standby state. The Extension option is for display |
| purposes. You cannot edit this option, see "Enter |
| an Extension number" (page 89). |

Language | For systems that support multiple languages, the |
| user can select the display language from a list of |
| supported languages. |
|
|
Lock Key | Enables the user to lock the handset by using the |
| Lock Key menu. |
|
|
Phone Options | Enables the user to control Noise Mode, Key |
| Tones, Warning Tones, Display Contrast, and |
| Keypad Autolock. For example, Noise Mode |
| enables the user to adjust the handset for varying |
| noise levels within the work environment, see |
| "Select Noise Mode" (page 92). |

Ring Option | The WLAN Handset 6100 Series has additional |
| ring tones, which are not available on the WLAN |
| Handset 2210 Series. |
