Internal Call Forward

Follow this procedure to use Internal Call Forward. Use Internal Call Forward to accept only calls that originate at internal DNs to ring at another DN. Calls that originate outside your telephone system still ring at your handset. Current incoming calls cannot be forwarded.

Check with your system administrator whether Internal Call Forward feature is supported on your handset.

Procedure Steps

Step Action

1To forward internal calls, press the Line button to access the Feature Keys menu.

2Press the number key that correspond to the Internal Call Forward feature.

3Enter the DN to which your internal calls are to be forwarded.

4Press the Line button to access the Feature Keys menu.

5Press the number key that corresponds to the Internal Call Forward feature.

To quit Internal Call Forward, go to Step 6.

6Press the Line button to access the Feature Keys menu.

7Press the number key that corresponds to the Internal Call Forward feature.

To reinstate Call Forward to the same number, go to Step 8.

8Press the Line button to access the Feature Keys menu.

9Press the number key that corresponds to the Internal Call Forward feature twice.

Turn off Call Forward

Follow this procedure to turn off the Call Forward feature.

Prerequisites

Call forwarding must be activated.
