Selecting Window provides a drop down menu with options to change the appearance of the windows or to close active windows.

Help Topics - opens the
About Nortel Networks Call Center Reporting… - Shows version and copyright information.
Beneath the Report Manager main menu bar is a row of icons, which are shortcuts to the various options. When the mouse pointer is positioned over the top of an icon, a tool tip will appear.
Viewing Reports
Reports are viewed from the Report Manager window.

The available reports are shown when the Report option is selected. To view the required report, click the title of the report required.
