The Abandoned Caller ID Report
The information displayed includes:
Title | Description |

DATE | Date the call arrived. |
TIME | Time the call arrived. |
CALLER ID | Telephone number of the caller who abandoned. |
LINE NAME | Line name the caller was attempting to contact. |
TIME WAITED | Time the caller waited prior to abandoning. |
To print the Abandoned Caller ID Report:
1.With the report open on the screen, click Level.
2.Click Print….
The report will now be printed.
