Locking Incoming Calls
1From the Cal l Loc k m enu, press (OK) to selec t Incoming Calls.
•You have the option of unlocking or locking all
incoming calls.
2To change the setting, scroll to the other option and press (OK).
3When pro m pt ed, enter the lock code, and press (OK).
Note: Call Waiting ( see page 63) will not function when
Incoming Lock is O n.
If you have subscribed to Voice M ai l (see “Voice Mail” on
page 71) and have locked all in co ming calls, your cal l s ar e
directed to your Voice Mailbox.
Locking Outgoing Calls
You can lock and unl ock all outgoi ng calls, or you can prev ent calls from
being placed exce pt from th e Phonebook. This feature also l et s you limit
the number of digits th at can be dialed from you r ph one (to prev ent long-
distance or internat i onal calls bei ng made ).
1From the Call Lock menu, scroll to Outgoing Calls and press
(OK).
•You can select from Unlock, All Calls, Phonebook, or Digit Limi t.
2To change the setti ng, scro ll to the desired opti on and press (OK).
3Enter the lock code and press (OK).
4If you selected Unlock, All Calls, o r Phonebook, the display confirms
the new set t in g.
Limiting the Number of Digits Dialed
You can limi t the num ber of digits t hat can be dia le d f ro m your phone. Fo r
example, to al low onl y local call s, set th e di git lim i t to 7.

(OK).
2Enter the lock code and press (OK).
3Press to increas e th e digi t lim it. Pr ess to decreas e the di gi t
limit. The maximum digit limit is 31.
4When th e di git lim it yo u pr ef er is d ispl ayed, press (OK).
