54 Attachment Viewer

Operations using the menu

If you press when you are using the Attachment Viewer application, the

menus available for the Attachment Viewer application appear in the menu window.

The menus, unique to the Attachment Viewer application, are explained as follows.

See page 26 for general operations using the menu.

Data Deletion

Deletes the attachment stored in the unit. The following sub menus are available

only for the attachment stored in the Mybox folder. To delete an attachment stored

in the Inbox folder, delete the e-mail message that links to the attachment you want

to delete using the Data Deletion menu in the E-Mail application.

Selected Entry

Deletes selected attachment in the Mybox folder.

All in this category

Deletes all attachments in the selected category of the Mybox folder.

All in Mybox

Deletes all attachments in the Mybox folder.

Property...

Displays properties of the selected attachment.

File to “Mybox”

Selected attachment in the Inbox folder is copied to the Mybox folder.

Categorize...

Sets category to the file selected in the Mybox folder.

View Setting...

Selects a sorting order of the attachment according to “File name”, “From”, or “Date”,

and changes the font size on the Index screen.
