The Index View Setting screen appears.

3.Press 
to display the 1st field menu.
4.Select the desired item for the 1st field of the Index screen by pressing 
and press

•If you select “Last Name, First Name”, the last and first name will be displayed in the 1st field of the Index screen with a comma (,) inserted between them (default setting).
•If you select “First Name Last Name”, the first and last name will be displayed in the 1st field of the Index screen.
5.Press 
to display the 2nd field menu.
6.Select the desired item for the 2nd field of the Index screen by pressing 
and press 
.
7.Press 
twice and press 
(or tap “OK”) to save the setting. The screen returns to the Index screen.
If you press 
(or tap “Cancel”), the setting is canceled.
