5.5 Validating the configuration

ASIMON V3 - Configuration software for AS-Interface safety monitor

Immediately afterward, the final configuration log is transmitted to ASIMON. The progress of

the transmission of the final configuration log is displayed in a window.

The final configuration log is displayed in ASIMON in a separate window. As an indication of a

validated configuration and to differentiate from a provisional configuration log, the validation

information is now displayed in line 10.

Note

The configuration log is always written in English.

"VALIDATED…" (line 10):

indicates a final configuration log with

validation information

- date and time

- name

- code

- sequential number of the configuration
