Moisture condensation

If the camcorder is brought directly from a cold place to a warm place, moisture may condense inside the camcorder, on the surface of the tape, or on the lens. In this condition, the tape may stick to the head drum and be damaged or the unit may not operate correctly. To prevent possible damage under these circumstances, the camcorder is furnished with moisture sensors. Please, take the following precautions.

Inside the camcorder

If there is moisture inside the camcorder, the beep sounds and the { indicator flashes. If this happens, none of the functions except cassette ejection will work. Open the cassette compartment, turn off the camcorder, and leave it about 1 hour. When 6 indicator flashes at the same time, the cassette is inserted in the camcorder. Eject the cassette, turn off the camcorder, and leave also the cassette about 1 hour. The camcorder can be used again if the { indicator does not appear when the power is turned on again.

On the lens

If moisture condenses on the lens, no indicator appears, but the picture becomes dim. Turn off the power and do not use the camcorder for about 1 hour.

How to prevent moisture condensation

When bringing the camcorder from a cold place to a warm place, put the camcorder in a plastic bag and allow it to adapt to room conditions over a period of time.

(1) Be sure to tightly seal the plastic bag containing the camcorder.

(2) Remove the bag when the air temperature inside it has reached the temperature surrounding it (after about 1 hour).

Еñëè âèäåîêàìåðà ïåðåíîñèòñя ïðяìî èç õîëîäíîãî ìåñòà â òåïëîå, âëàãà ìîæåò êîíäåíñèðîâàòüñя â âèäåîêàìåðå, íà ïîâåðõíîñòè âèäåîëåíòû èëè îáúåêòèâà. В òàêîì ñîñòîяíèè âèäåîëåíòà ìîæåò ïðèëèïíóòü ê áàðàáàíó âèäåîãîëîâêè è ïîâðåäèòüñя èëè àïïàðàò ìîæåò íå ðàáîòàòü íîðìàëüíî. Вî èçáåæàíèå âîçìîæíîãî ïîâðåæäåíèя â òàêèõ óñëîâèяõ âèäåîêàìåðà îñíàùåíà äàò÷èêàìè âëàãè.

В âèäåîêàìåðå

Пðè êîíäåíñàöèè âëàãè â âèäåîêàìåðå çâóêîâàя ñèãíàëèçàöèя äàåòñя è èíäèêàöèя { ìèãàåò. В ýòîì ñëó÷àå íè îäíà èç ôóíêöèé âèäåîêàìåðû, êðîìå èçâëå÷åíèя êàññåòû, íå äåéñòâóåò. Оòêðûòü êàññåòíûé îòñåê, âûêëþ÷èòü âèäåîêàìåðó è îñòàâèòü åå ïðèìåðíî íà 1 ÷àñ. Кîãäà èíäèêàöèя 6 ìèãàåò îäíîâðåìåííî, êàññåòà âñòàâëåíà â âèäåîêàìåðó. Иçâëå÷ü êàññåòó, âûêëþ÷èòü âèäåîêàìåðó è îñòàâèòü òàêæå êàññåòó ïðèìåðíî íà 1 ÷àñ. Еñëè èíäèêàòîð { íå èñ÷åçàåò, âèäåîêàìåðó ìîæíî îïяòü èñïîëüçîâàòü, åñëè ñíîâà âêëþ÷èòü ïèòàíèå.

Нà îáúåêòèâå

Пðè êîíäåíñàöèè âëàãè íà îáúåêòèâå íèêàêàя èíäèêàöèя íå ïîяâèòñя, à èçîáðàæåíèå ñòàíåò òóñêëûì. Вûêëþ÷èòü ïèòàíèå è íå èñïîëüçîâàòü âèäåîêàìåðó ïðèìåðíî 1 ÷àñ.

Пðåäîõðàíåíèå îò êîíäåíñàöèè âëàãè

Пðè ïåðåíîñå âèäåîêàìåðû èç õîëîäíîãî ìåñòà â òåïëîå ïîìåñòèòü âèäåîêàìåðó â ïîëèýòèëåíîâûé ìåøîê, ÷òîáû îíà äîñòèãëà òåìïåðàòóðû ïîìåùåíèя ÷åðåç îïðåäåëåííîå âðåìя.

(1)Пîëèýòèëåíîâûé ìåøîê, ñîäåðæàùèé âèäåîêàìåðó, äîëæåí áûòü ãåðìåòè÷íûì.

(2)Вûíóòü âèäåîêàìåðó èç ìåøêà òîãäà, êîãäà òåìïåðàòóðà âîçäóõà â íåì äîñòèãíåò òåìïåðàòóðû îêðóæàþùåé ñðåäû (ïðèìåðíî ÷åðåç 1 ÷àñ).
