This command allows the user to set the functionality for a PHF (portable handsfree) button, as used on simple handsfree equipment. When set to ON, the MS will detect the shortcircuit of the ATMS and AFMS lines, and interpret this as a PHF button press. This has the effect of answering/hanging up a call without recourse to AT commands.
