This command returns entries in the Callers Allowed list. The list consists of a mix of phonebook entries, contacts and groups. The response consists of list index <CAindex> and one of the following types: <groupname>, phonebook storage <storage> plus phonebook index <PBindex>, or unique identifier to a contact <CLUID>. If <CAindex2> is supplied, all list items from <CAindex1> to <CAindex2> will be returned.
