Provisioning the LBO

Use the ED-SYNC command to set the line build-out (LBO) for each port (1 or 2) on the Retimer module.

ED-SYNC:[<tid>]:<aid>:[<ctag>]::<keyword>=<value>;

This command has a default access level of ADMIN.

RTMg[-p]	RTMLBO	0	Sets the line build-out	0
g = A B C D			length to 0 to 133 ft
p= 1 2			(0 to 40 m)
Note: The RTM-
		1	Sets the line build-out
LBO parameter is
			length to 133 to 266 ft
valid only for T1
			(40 to 81 m)
signals; for the
E1 Retimer, the		2	Sets the line build-out
IPNV (Invalid			length to 266 to 399 ft

DENY code is

Sample Command

This command sets the line build-out length for port 1 in Retimer group A to 266 to 399 ft (80 to 121 m).
