The pneumatic connections for calibrating are as follows:

O2 SENSOR ZERO GAS: Teledyne recommends using pure N2 when calibration the zero point of your O2 sensor option.

O2 SENSOR SPAN GAS: Teledyne recommends using 20.8% O2 in N2 when calibration the span point of your O2 sensor option (See Table 3-7).
