Report Software Details

When reporting problems you should be ready to report the following software details to
Alcatel Technical Support:
Software revision (e.g., 3.4.8, 4.3.2)
Whether the feature never worked or was intermittent
Bridging or routing configured
Multiple groups or VLANs configured
IP PING access
Statistics incrementing correctly
Protocols used
Any capture file (trace) available
Any dump files on flash file system
