Description A module was either inserted or removed from the chassis. In some

cases, this trap may also be generated when a module is reset.

Module was inserted or removed from chassis (slot 4, subunit 1, type 10)
Slot Number. The slot number on
the front of the chassis where this
module was inserted or removed.
Submodule Type. Indicates the submodule that was
inserted or removed. Typically this value will be 1,
meaning the base module was inserted or removed.
If this value is 2, then HSX module 1 was moved. If
this value is 3, then HSX module 2 was moved.
