clock timezone
This command sets the time zone for the switch’s interna l clo ck.
Syntax
clock timezone name hour hours minute minutes {before-utc | after-utc}
name - Name of timezone, usually an acron ym. (Range : 1-29 cha racte rs)
hours - Number of hours before/after UTC . (Rang e: 0-13 ho urs)
minutes - Number of minutes before/after UTC. (Range: 0-59 minutes)
before-utc - Sets the local time zone before (east) of UTC .
after-utc - Sets the local time zone after (west) of UTC .

Command Usage
This command sets the local time zo ne relative to the Coordinated U niversal
Time (UTC, formerly Greenwich Mean Time or GMT), based on t he earth’s
prime meridian, zero degrees longitude. To display a time corr esponding to
your local time, you must indicate the nu mber of ho urs and minute s your time
zone is east (before) or west (after) of U TC.

clock timezone-predefined
This command uses predefined time zone configurations to set the time zone for the
switch’s internal clock. Use the
no
form to restore the default.
Syntax
clock timezone-predefined
offset-city
no clock timezone-predefined
offset - Select the offset from GMT. (Range: GMT-0 100 - GM T-1200;
GMT-Greenwich-Mean-Time; GMT+0100 - GMT+1400)
city - Select the city associated with the chosen GMT offset. After the offset
has been entered, use the tab-complete function to display the a vail able
city options.
