clear ipv6 traffic
This command resets IPv6 traffic counters.

Command Usage
This command resets all of the counters displayed by the show ip v6 traffic
command.
Example

This command sends ICMP echo request packets to an IPv6 no de on the netw ork.

ipv6-address - The IPv6 address of the de vice to ping . The addres s must
be formatted according to RFC 2373 “IPv6 Addressing Architecture,” usin g
8 colon-separated 16-bit hexadecimal values. One double colon may be
used in the address to indicate the appropriate number of zeros requ ir ed t o
fill the undefined fields.
host-name - The name the IPv6 device to ping. A host name can be
resolved into an IPv6 address using DNS.
datagram-size - Specifies the size of the dat agram to send i n each pin g.
(Range: 48 - 18024 bytes)
repeat-count - The number of pings to send. (Rang e: 1 - 214748 3647)
hex-data-pattern - The data pattern to sen d. (Range: 0 - FFFF)
source-address - The source address or name to incl ude in the ping. Th is
is normally set to an address assigned to the interface sending t he ping.
seconds - The timeout interval. (Range: 0 to 3600 seconds)
verbose - Displays detailed output.
Default Setting
repeat - 5
timeout - 2 seconds

Normal Exec - The only command options ar e count and size.
Privileged Exec - All command options are avai lable.
