This section details information about the screens, procedures for logging on, and procedures for moving among screens.
Screen/System Conventions
Screen and system conventions are listed below.
Not all function keys apply to all screens.
Information in
A selected field is the one where the cursor currently resides.
If you make a mistake while typing data on a line, backspace and overwrite the characters or use the CLEAR key to clear the field, If you have already passed the line that has the mistake, use Tab or the arrow keys to return to the field, and type over the characters.
Menu items followed by three dots (...) have submenus.
When data is added on a screen, after you press the ENTER function key, the previous screen reappears with the cursor positioned at the beginning of the new entry. (The new data is in alphabetical or numerical sequence, depending on how the data is organized for that screen).
