Using your fax machine

It can be helpful to print out a document in order to

check it.

To start a timed job immediately

1Press OK/Menu then 8then 4then 1. The

display shows 841 START JOB.

2Press OK/Menu to bring up the list of timed

jobs.

3Use the ¶and Äbuttons to scroll through

the jobs.

4Press Start to perform the selected job.

To modify a timed job

1Press OK/Menu then 8then 4then 2. The

display shows 842 MODIFY JOB.

2Press OK/Menu to bring up the list of timed

jobs.

3Use the ¶and Äbuttons to scroll through

the jobs. Press OK/Menu to select the job to

be modified.

4Make the changes as necessary and press

the OK/Menu button to confirm the changes.

To print out a timed job

1Place paper in the printer sheet feeder.

2Press OK/Menu then 8then 4 then 4. The

display shows 844 PRINT DOC.

3Press OK/Menu to bring up the list of timed

jobs.

4Use the ¶and Äbuttons to scroll through the

jobs and press Start to print the selected job.
