Remove the document.

❍Pull the jammed page in either direction, but DO NOT force it.

❍If a multipage document is loaded, remove the entire document from the ADF.

Close the	❍ Gently press the operator panel until it clicks closed.

❍Fan and stack the sheets, and replace the stack in the ADF.

❍Press STOP to clear the error message.

❍Start your operation again.
