TX/RX NO. nnnn

When the MultiPASS

sends or receives a fax,

it assigns it a unique

identification number.

If you need more space, print or send any documents in memory.

Make sure you dialed the correct number. Try again later.

Contact the other party and have them install paper in their fax.

Register the number (see page 3-18).

Use regular dialing.

Wait until the date and Receive Mode appear in the LCD display, then begin.

Add paper to the multi- purpose tray, change the toner cartridge, or clear the paper jam. The MultiPASS automatically prints the document stored in memory.

Turn the computer on to upload the file to the Desktop Manager.

To print the document, press FUNCTION then scroll to FILE PRINT and press START/COPY.

Start the procedure again from the beginning.

Try sending again.

Write the number down if you’ll need it later.
