The MultiPASS’s memory is full.

The documents you are trying to print may have too much graphic or detailed information.

Print out any faxes stored in memory. Then print one copy at a time.

If the power cord is connected to a power strip, make sure the strip is connected to an outlet and turned on.

Check the power cord by substituting another, or by connecting the power cord to a wall outlet you know to be working.

Nothing appears in the

The MultiPASS may not be

receiving power.

Check the plug and be sure it is firmly plugged into the power connector and the wall outlet.

Open and close the front cover.

If the display remains blank, unplug the MultiPASS, wait five seconds, then plug it in again.
