To modify the signal gain alarm trigger level, use the setgaintrig command.

Usage Guidelines

Examples

The signal gain alarm trigger level is measured in dB. See Table 1-2 on page 1-2for the minimum and maximum values. If a value entered falls outside of this acceptable range, the command will be ignored and have no effect.

The following example shows how to modify the gain alarm trigger level.

edfa > setgaintrig 2.00
