To modify the signal gain alarm tr igger level, use the setgaintrig command.

Usage Guidelines The signal gain alarm trigger level is measured in dB. See Table1-2 on page 1-2 for the minimum and
maximum values. If a value enter ed falls outside of this acce ptable range, the command will be ignored
and have no effect.
Examples The following example shows how to modify the gain alarm trigger level.
edfa > setgaintrig 2.00

Command Description
gain Displays the measured optical si gnal gain.
