To set the optical input alarm trigger level, use the setinpwrtrig command.

Examples

The optical input alarm trigger is measured in dB. See Table 1-2 on page 1-2for the minimum and maximum values. If a value entered falls outside of this acceptable range, the command will be ignored and have no effect.

The following example shows how to set the optical input alarm trigger level.

edfa > setinpwrtrig 2.00
