R or REPLACE	information will be deleted and the digits in the corresponding section of
	the primary or backup address will be inserted in their place.

•<primary_address_id>

Identifies the SCCP_GTT_ADDRESS command to use as the primary translation.

•<backup_address_id>

Identifies the SCCP_GTT_ADDRESS command to use as the backup translation.
