I. CARACTERÍSTICAS GENERALES

1. DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS EQUIPOS

Este manual describe diferentes modelos de equipos.

Para conocer los datos específicos de un modelo, se ha de consultar la Tabla “Datos técnicos”.

El equipo ofrece las siguientes características:

Visualización digital de la temperatura.

Sonda termostática de aguja para medir la temperatura en el centro del producto.

Monitorización continua de los parámetros de cocción a lo largo de todo el ciclo.

Vaciado periódico y lavado automático del generador de va- por para evitar las incrustaciones.

Señalización de mantenimiento periódico del calentador (ver el apartado correspondiente).

Dispositivo de evacuación rápida del vapor de la cámara para gratinar; se puede activar de modo automático.

Dispositivo de desagüe antirretorno AIR-BREAK con interva- lo de aire para evitar que el agua de la arqueta vuelva al horno.

Interior de la cámara iluminado mediante lámparas halóge- nas.

Apertura de la puerta con mecanismo de seguridad de doble acción para evitar quemaduras.

Puerta con doble cristal: más confort con menor temperatura superficial.

Autodiagnóstico con códigos de identificación para señalizar anomalías (ver el apartado “Códigos de información y error”).
