4. ÉCOLOGIE ET ENVIRONNEMENT

4.1EMBALLAGE

•Tous les matériaux utilisés pour l’emballage sont compatibles avec l’environnement. Ils peuvent être conservés sans danger ou être brûlés dans une installation de combustion des déchets. Les composants en matière plastique devant être éventuelle- ment recyclés portent les symboles suivants :

4.2UTILISATION

•Nos appareils sont conçus et soumis à des tests en laboratoire de façon à obtenir des performances et rendements élevés. Pour réduire les consommations d’énergie (électricité, gaz et eau), il est conseillé de ne pas utiliser trop longtemps les appa- reils à vide ou dans des conditions nuisant à leur rendement optimal (par exemple : porte ouverte). Dans la mesure du possi- ble, préchauffer l’appareil juste avant de l’utiliser.

4.3 NETTOYAGE

•Pour réduire les émissions de substances polluantes dans l’environnement, il est conseillé de nettoyer l’appareil (parties externes et, si nécessaire, parties internes) avec des produits biodégradables à plus de 90%.

4.4 MISE AU REBUT

•À la fin du cycle de vie de l’appareil, ne pas l’abandonner dans la nature.

•Nos appareils sont réalisés pour plus de 90% dans des maté- riaux métalliques (acier inox, fer, aluminium, tôle zinguée, cuivre, etc.) ; ils peuvent ainsi être recyclés dans des centres de récu- pération, conformément aux normes en vigueur dans chaque pays.

•Rendre l’appareil inutilisable en retirant le câble d’alimenta- tion et tout dispositif de fermeture des armoires ou cavités (s’il y a lieu) pour éviter que des personnes ne restent bloquées à l’intérieur.
