3.5 FUNCIONES SUPLEMENTARIAS

Ciclo de baja velocidad (ventilador): cocción delicada y paste- lería ligera. Se puede combinar con todos los ciclos.

Ciclo de baja potencia (calentamiento): cocción delicada y pastelería ligera. Se puede combinar con todos los ciclos.

Cocción con ECO-DELTA:cocción de trozos de carne de gran tamaño (más de 5 kg, por ejemplo, pavo entero, pierna de cer- do, etc.).

Con esta modalidad de cocción se puede seleccionar una tem- peratura de 1 a 120 °C.

En este caso, la cocción es moderada y larga porque la tempe- ratura de la cámara se regula automáticamente en función de la temperatura interna de la comida (AGUJA) y la diferencia entre ambas (ECO-DELTA) se mantiene constante desde el comienzo hasta el final del ciclo.

Ciclo de aire caliente con escape de la cámara abierto: elimi- na la humedad (temperatura máxima 300ºC)(572°F) para obte- ner ciclos de cocción en atmósfera seca.

Piloto de puerta abierta.

Piloto de incrustación: parpadea para indicar que es necesa- rio desincrustar el generador de vapor (consultar el apartado 7).

Piloto de estado del generador de vapor:

-apagado: generador listo;

-intermitente: el generador se está llenando o le falta agua.

Comprobar si llega agua al horno.

Ajuste de los parámetros de cocción: humedad, temperatura y tiempo.

Grupo de mandos para gestionar la biblioteca de programas: teclas para memorizar, modificar o borrar los programas de coc- ción.

Selector de programas: para buscar y seleccionar los progra- mas guardados en la memoria.

Inyección manual de agua en la cámara: para aumentar ins- tantáneamente el procentaje de humedad durante la cocción.

Desagüe manual del generador de vapor: para vaciar el ge- nerador, hay que pulsar la tecla.

Attenzione! Al fine di evitare un eccessivo accumulo di calcare nel generatore di vapore è necessario:

rispettare i parametri relativi all’acqua di alimentazione – vedere installazione;

scaricare sempre il generatore alla fine di ogni giornata.

Enfriamiento rápido de la cámara: sirve para bajar rápida- mente la temperatura de la cámara, haciendo funcionar el ventilador e inyectando agua automáticamente (TS < 356°F) (180 °C) incluso con la puerta abierta.

Attenzione! Rischio scottature.

A forno caldo aprire sempre la porta con cautela.

Antes de utilizar el horno es importante comprobar si:

-el interruptor exterior de seguridad está activado;

-las llaves de paso del agua están abiertas;

-los desagües del horno no estén obstruidos.
