I. CARACTÉRISTIQUES GÉNÉRALES

1. DESCRIPTION DE L’APPAREIL

Ce manuel concerne plusieurs modèles d’appareils.

Pour plus d’informations sur votre modèle d’appareil, consulter le tableau 1"Données techniques”.

L’appareil présente les caractéristiques suivantes :

Affichage digital de la température.

Sonde thermostatique de température “au cœur” de l’aliment (sonde à piquer).

Surveillance continue des paramètres de cuisson pendant toute la durée du cycle.

Vidange périodique et lavage automatique du générateur de vapeur pour prévenir la formation de tartre.

Signalisation de la nécessité d’entretien périodique du géné- rateur de vapeur, voir le paragraphe correspondant.

Dispositif d’évacuation rapide de la vapeur de la cavité pour les gratins, activable automatiquement.

Dispositif de décharge antireflux AIR-BREAK (intervalle d’air) pour éviter tout reflux provenant des égouts à l’intérieur du four.

Lampes halogène d’éclairage de la cavité.

Mécanisme de sécurité d’ouverture de la porte à double ac- tion pour éviter les brûlures.

Porte à double vitrage : plus de confort dans la cuisine et basses températures des surfaces.

Diagnostic automatique des mauvais fonctionnements et si- gnalisation par codes d’identification (voir paragraphe “Codes d’information et d’erreur”.
