7.2 SUSTITUCIÓN DE LOS CONSUMIBLES

Bombilla de la cámara (Fig. 3)

Para cambiar la bombilla quemada, es necesario:

Desenchufar el equipo.

Aflojar los cuatro tornillos que fijan la rosca “A” para quitar el cristal “V” y el retén “G” .

Extraer la bombilla halógena “L” y sustituirla por otra que ten- ga las mismas característica (12V - 20W - 572 °F). La nueva bombilla no debe entrar en contacto directo con la piel.

Colocar el cristal dentro del retén y fijar la corona con los cuatro tornillos, después de haber engrasado el retén con gra- sa de silicona apta para uso alimentario.

Para acceder a las superficies exteriores, hay que abrir el cris- tal interior con bisagra.

Abrir la puerta y presionar los muelles superior e inferior F para abrir el cristal.

Sustitución de la junta de la puerta (Fig. 4)

NOTA: La junta de la puerta se desgasta a medida que enveje- ce. Si se endurece o se rompe, es preciso sustituirla.

Para ello:

Quitar la junta y eliminar los restos de silicona de la puerta.

Aplicar un sellador de silicona en el punto 1 a lo largo del marco interno donde debe colocarse la junta.

colocar la junta nueva.

Volver a cerrar el cristal interno (se debe apoyar en los tacos de goma).

Limpieza del brazo giratorio de CLEANING SYSTEM (Fig. 6) Se aconseja limpiarlo cuando:

-CLEANING SYSTEM no se ha utilizado durante largo tiempo;

-el brazo gira con dificultad porque probablemente las boqui- llas están atascadas;

-el agua es demasiado dura.

En caso de obstrucción completa de las boquillas eliminar las incrustaciones con la punta de un cuchillo.

Extraer el muelle A sin desmontarlo del bloque central. Intro- ducir la punta del destornillador en el punto indicado por la flecha y girarla como se indica en la figura.

Quitar el brazo del perno de rotación.

7.3 OTRAS OPERACIONES DE LIMPIEZA

Limpieza e inspección del tubo de salida

Limpiar el tubo de limpieza periódicamente para que no se atasque.

Limpieza de las superficies interiores de los cristales de la puerta (Fig. 5)

Limpiar el cristal cuando esté frío con paños y detergentes no abrasivos.

Sumergir la boquilla giratoria en un recipiente con desincrustante para cal, dejar actuar el producto durante una noche y aclarar con agua abundante

Para volver a montar el brazo, introducirlo en el perno de rotación y presionar el muelle para que vuelva a su posición original.
