File Size and Memory Usage

There is no direct relationship between file size on your computer and memory used in the plotter to print that file. In fact, because of file compression (and general complexity) it is often impossible to estimate how much memory will be used. In general, thicker lines ( 0.5 mm), complex objects (such as polylines) and fills will all use significantly more memory.

This also means that size of the largest file you can store in the plotter's queue is not the same thing as the amount of memory installed in your plotter.
