Programming the Relay Report Number

1Press Menu/Exit to enter the menu.

2Press  to select Location Program, press Enter.

3Press  to select Relay Report No., press Enter.

4Enter the telephone number of the desired location using the numeric keypad (40 characters max.), press Enter.

5Press Menu/Exit to return to standby mode.

Relay Broadcast Report

The relay key station (hub) can send a confirmation report to the relay initiating station when the relay fax session is complete.

This confirmation report is called the Relay Broadcast Report.

To receive the report, the telephone number of the relay initiating station must be programmed into the specified

Auto Dial location. For your machine, that location is Auto Dial 99 (Relay Report Number).

The Relay Broadcast Report shows:

·the page count of the original fax

·the location identification of each destination machine the relay key station (hub) communicated with during the relay fax session

·the page count of each fax sent to each destination machine

Initiating a Relay Broadcast

1Load the document(s).

2Press Menu/Exit to enter Menu.

3Press  to select Relay Initiate TX, press Enter.

4Enter the password (4-digit number) of key relay station, press Enter.

5Enter two-digit numbers of remote stations, press Enter.
