Printing the Active Memory Files Report
1Press Menu/Exit to enter the menu.
2Press to select Report Print, press Enter.
3Press or until the report you want appears on the display. Press Enter.
4Print all the reports you want, then press Menu/Exit to return to standby mode.
Broadcast Confirmation Report
Use this report to confirm the results of a
·The date and time at which the broadcast started.
·The total amount of time used to complete the broadcast.
·For each location, the Location ID, the number of pages sent and the result of the communication.

This report provides a complete listing of all of the telephone numbers programmed into your machine’s Speed Dial numbers. The information includes:
