Printing Polling Documents in Memory

1Press Menu/Exit to enter the menu.

2PresstoselectPrint from Memory,pressEnter.

3Press toselectPrint Personal Box,pressEnter.

4Enter the personal mailbox number (1-16) holding the document, press Enter.

5The message prints, and the machine returns to standby.

Tips:

1)If no message is stored in the personal mailbox, No Data in Memory displays.

2)If you want to delete a message without printing it, after inputting the mailbox number and pressing Enter, press the Stop key to stop the printing process. The message

Print Personal Box Memory Cancel? displays. Press Enter and the fax will be deleted without printing.

Dialing Another Fax Machine to Request Documents (Polling Reception)

Your machine can contact a remote fax machine and request documents from it. This is called polling or polling reception.

Your machine can poll only one machine at a time.

1Press Menu/Exit to enter the menu.

2Press to select Polling TX/RX, press Enter.

3Press to select Polling RX, press Enter.

4Enter mailbox numbers, maximum of 20 characters (0-9, space, *, #), press Enter.

5Enter desired location using Speed Dial or the numeric keypad.

6Press Start.
