Many of your fax machine’s features and settings can be changed to suit your needs. This section lists the functions you can change to customize machine operations.

!When you press the Help button, a Help List and Function List print. These lists are very helpful when you are moving through the multi-level structure of the menu.

Identifying Current Settings

The Configuration Report is a list of current settings.

Printing a Configuration Report

1Press Menu/Exit to enter the menu.

2Press to select Report Print, press Enter.

3Press or to select Configuration, press Enter.

4The report prints.

5Press Stop to cancel printing.

Changing Operation Functions

Before making changes, print the Configuration Report.

The Configuration Report is a list of current settings. It will help you identify the features and functions you want to change.
